He thinks that we could be lifelong friends after he hurt me. He thinks he could compensate over time the emotional pain he caused me. He thinks it’s good that we keep in touch. Think again, fool.

He thought he could do better. He thought she was better. Of course his confident decision made me think I was inferior. Don’t let other people’s comments and decisions fool you into believing less of yourself.
Self love, self care, self aware.
Because forgetting means forgetting the tough lesson learned.
To not stumble on something that is behind you, a golden rule of thumb is to
- all the times you were wronged
- all the times your bottom line went lower than rock bottom (foolish)
- talk is cheap, the talk didn’t match the walk
